The Chef Serge Coant inherited his talents and love of cooking from his mother.
He was born and spent most of his youth in Burgundy, then moved to Paris where he owned and operated several restaurants.
He and his wife Veronique have moved to Provence where they will welcome you year round at the Relais de Costebelle in Graveson, near St. Remy de Provence.
They invite you to come and discover the restaurant. Whether on the shaded terrace or in the air conditioned dining room, you will enjoy high quality, traditional cuisine, from a varied menu.
A complimentary home made tapenade will begin a feast that may include Mediterranean fish bathed in olive oil and fresh herbs, meat grilled to perfection or in savory sauces, and a profusion of local, fresh vegetables. You are very likely to find bouillabaise and aioli specialties of the region and a large selection of homemade desserts. Local wines will complete your Provencal experience.
